You will depart from Rome at 5:30 am on a 1.5-hour high-speed train journey to Florence. Upon arrival, proceed to the nearby meeting point to join our guide for an exciting trip to Tuscany.
The tour leaves Florence at 9:00 am in an 8-seat van. Our first stop Monteriggioni, a well-preserved medieval town featured in the film Gladiator. Next is the historic city of Siena, where you can admire the cathedral and the old palace in Piazza del Campo, famous for the Palio horse race. After an orientation walk, you’ll have free time to explore, relax in cafes, or wander the charming streets.
Normally, we’ll take a break in the Chianti region of Tuscany, visiting an authentic Tuscan winery for wine tasting and lunch. Then, it’s off to San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the “Manhattan of Tuscany” for its many towers. Our guide will offer tips on the best places to visit, and you’ll have free time to explore and enjoy the local shops. Don’t miss the world champion gelato maker here.
At the end of our memorable tour, we journey back to Florence. Please note that the order of our stops can vary.

The meeting point is 20 minutes walk from the train station S.M.N. in Florence or easy to reach by local bus ( n.11 – n.36 – n.37) or by taxi
