Learn how to make the dough with the original recipe of Italian homemade pasta, from the flour to the cutting. Discover all the secrets and then enjoy a typical Roman menu for lunch or dinner with a good glass of wine in the heart of Rome.

Price Includes

  • Single station for each participant, including the work plan in wood, apron and a rolling pin.
  • Theoretical and practical lesson on the dough working, from the ingredients to the choice of the cut, choosing among the various types learnt (e.g. Fettuccine).

  • After the lesson, you will be accompanied at your table to enjoy a glass of prosecco, bruschetta and your homemade pasta and a good glass of red or white wine and water.
