Day 3Venice - Florence

Take the fast speed train to Florence.

Upon arrival in Florence, check into your accommodation and meet your tour leader at 7:30 PM for an engaging and fun orientation walk. Discover Florence’s iconic sights, including the Gothic Cathedral and the Ponte Vecchio, while capturing stunning photos. The tour concludes on one of Florence’s liveliest streets, known for its vibrant nightlife. Enjoy a visit to a top-rated local bar for an authentic Italian aperitivo experience—socialize, sip on a drink, and indulge in a buffet of delicious Italian cuisine.

Day 4Tuscany

Start your day with a morning departure from Florence by private van or coach and immerse yourself in the picturesque beauty of the Chianti region. Discover charming Medieval villages, breathtaking scenic views, and authentic Tuscan landscapes that define this iconic area.

Your journey includes a visit to a traditional Tuscan winery nestled among rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves. Enjoy an exquisite wine and olive oil tasting experience that captures the essence of Tuscany. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the stunning panoramic vistas!

We’ll return to Florence by late afternoon, leaving you with a free evening to explore the city at your leisure.

Day 5Rome

Take an early train to Rome and meet our guide for an orientation walk through the winding roman back streets to discover the most famous sites of the old city centre including Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Don’t forget to throw a coin and make a wish! Be prepared to walk all day as there is no better way to explore a new city like Rome than on foot.

Reach finally the Vatican city where you will be left free for the rest of the afternoon to visit the St. Peter’s Basilica house of the Pope or book an informative 2h guided walking tour of the Vatican Museums including the Sistine Chapel ( tickets of the Vatican museums are included ). If you feel like hanging later on at night, your tour leader will gladly show you around the coolest bars in town, we are always up for a good time!

Day 6Free day in Rome

This day is up to you! You will have a full day in complete freedom to do what you love best. You can explore Rome on board of the open double – decker hop on – hop off red bus with a 24h ticket, do some souvenir shopping, enter the main Roman monuments or simply relax. Have a look at the optional activities you can book with us on your free day in Rome such as a 2h walking tour of the Colosseum & Roman forum or a tasty cooking course to learn how to prepare some Italian food.

Day 7Pompeii - Sorrento

Meet your guide in the morning to travel towards the South of Italy. The first stop of the day will be Pompeii where you will have free time to enter the site and admire the antique Roman settlements. If you wish to book our guided tour inside the site with a licensed tour guide, make sure you add it to your booking. This tour comes really recommended because as locals we know how important this historical site is and how important it is to have a licensed tour guide of Pompeii showing you around and pointing out the main parts instead of looking out at old rocks without knowing what you are looking at.

After Pompeii, we will continue towards Sorrento driving along the coast with spectacular views of the Vesuvio. Our accommodation for the next 3 nights will be in a camping village located on top of the hill with terrific scenery of Sorrento and the coast. After check in you will be taken for a walk around the city center and to a limoncello shop to taste and learn how this typical liqueur of the South is produced. In the evening enjoy an optional 4-course dinner based on some delicious pasta or gnocchi and traditional food of the area in a local restaurant in Sorrento. End the day by the beach next to the old marina with a drink in your hand while enjoying the Gulf of Naples at night.

Day 8Free day in Sorrento

Enjoy your complete free day to relax on the beach and do some shopping in Sorrento. Meet the group and the tour leader in the afternoon and head all together to a spectacular and famous natural pool of emerald water set among the ancient Roman ruins with coastal views to enjoy the sunset, the last swim of the day and an drink. Spend the evening as you prefer.

On your free day ask our team about for all the amazing optional activities you can do including a trip to the famous Capri island for a visit to Anacapri, where you can take the chairlift up to the top of Mt. Solaro for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the island, a visit to the Blue Grotto with fantastic crystal blue colors, explore Capri town and finally relax on the beach. Back to the camping village in the afternoon.

Day 9Amalfi Coast

Our third day is all for the Amalfi coast and its wonders. The panorama from the narrow and windy road of the Amalfi coast will be terrific. During the journey to Amalfi, we will pass by the Islands of Galli, the fishing villages of Furore and Praiano, famous for their crystal-clear seas, the encompassing views, and its cathedral located 365m above sea level.

We will stop in the town of Amalfi for about 2hrs to allow you to discover the town at your own peace and its famous cathedral, lie down at the beach and have a bite at one of the typical shops selling fresh local food. We will board again after lunch for the splendid town of Positano with its cascade of colorful houses, clinging magically to earth. Its pastel buildings form a vertical wonderland. Narrow, threadlike streets provide boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars. In Positano we will stay 3hrs to allow you to relax on the beach, go for a swim and discover this little gem of the Amalfi coast.

On our last night together if you are up for some party, we have plenty of local bars in town to go to for drinks, dancing, and for the brave ones even karaoke.
