What a beautiful day in Florence! It seems that the storms have passed from the beginning of the week, at least for now, and we are enjoying a milder version of summer! It’s sunny and warm out, but with that pleasurable nip in the air that hints of fall. No better way to spend the day than with our Harvest Tour and Taste of Tuscany Tour. The Harvest Tour went out this morning bright and early (way to go, guys!) and our Taste of Tuscany Tour is leaving now! Each tour highlights different points of the Chianti Region, and especially the main points: food and wine! Our local Italian guides are making things fun with witticisms and tons of really great information.
The Harvest Tour only runs at one point during the year, during the Vendemmia, which is the Italian Harvest time, while Taste of Tuscany runs consistently. This year our Amalfi Coast 4 day tour was a popular one, though it is finished until next season, and I am confident to say that everyone really enjoyed the experience. Our Pisa and Cinque Terre tours are still going on, along with some great inner-city tours on bikes and on foot with pubcrawls, bike and walking tours and cooking classes.
Next year we will also be adding more Southern Italy adventures, so be sure to stay tuned!
